A 16% Fee for service is calculated from the total that you receive from Airbnb per booking on departure. 


My service includes overseeing all parts of the short-term stay process, which include;

  • Entire set-up of your listing including photography, a detailed property profile description, availability & rate calendar
  • Reservations and Property Maintenance.
  • Guest communication (enquiries, arrivals and departure) & everything in between. Guests have 24/7 message communication with Guest Management Sydney.
  • Scheduling departure cleaning & fresh linen for new guest arrivals.
  • A once off set-up fee of $150.00 is applicable for properties that have a commitment term of less than 3months. 


No need to fork out the cleaning bill for every stay, the guest does that for you. Simply add on a once off cleaning fee to each booking.  

I know how important fresh clean linen is to a guest staying at your property so I've made it easy. I provide a set of fresh white bed linen, white hotel bath towels, bath mat, hand towel, tea towel and a few toiletries for that touch of luxury for a small fee per bed. While we can all now take great shots from an iPhone, I have seen the impact great professional photography has to a properties enquiry level, resulting in higher occupancy rates and overall more return. 


Professional photography enhances the features of your home and captures more engagement from your audience. For a small investment up front I highly recommend this service and have a fantastic photographer specialising in property that charges $350.00 (GST inclusive) for 6 images and $25.00 per image after that. 

- This fee will be due prior to the photographer being scheduled. 

* You are purchasing the rights to the images and you get to keep them both in High Res and Low Res
